Nonpersonal services to provide Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development on the EF-111 aircraft. The instruction will consist of academic and ground device training for the EF-111 aircrew. Cannon AFB is the place of performance for both the aircrew training and courseware development. The successful offeror will assume full training and courseware development responsibilities for the basic year on 01 Oct 96. Any required phase-in will be accomplished prior to 01 Oct 96. In addition to the basic year, four one-year options are planned for th period beginning 01 Oct 97 and ending 30 Sep 2001. The solicitation will be issued on or after 01 Apr 96.
