Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct the new Airman Leadership School Project. Included are site, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and related work. Bid additives include underground irrigation system, landscaping, paved walkways, plaza and site furnishings, entry portico, display case, vaulted ceilings and additional windows. Project requirements will be made available on or about 8 March 96. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings.
