Work includes: Replacement of roof and family room for nine(9) senior officer housing units in the south housing area of Patrick AFB, FL. Demolition of family room area to include walls, roof and cornet slab. Removal of existing built-up roof. Replacement of existing built-up roof with rigid insulation and a built-up roof system. This roof system replacement shall include all associated flashings, gutters downsports, soffits, fascias, paint, insulation and repairs to roof decks. A new family room area shall be constructed on the same location of the existing room. A new concrete foundation and slab shall be built at the same elevation as the finished floor elevation of the existing house. Construction time is 120 days after Notice to Proceed. Project must be completed by 30 Sep 96. Bid Opening is tentatively scheduled for 6 Apr 96. The applicable SIC CODE for this acquisition is 1521 and SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $17.0.
