Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to construct new bathrooms at the existing Fitness Center Annex to include: complete architecture, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and lighting, and sprinkler system. Construction shall have all new walls, ceilings, doors, hardware, trim, finishes, mechanical and plumbing, electrical power and lighting systems. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 8 Mar 96 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Interested contractors must submit their request for solicitation in writing either by mail or by FAX. Our FAX number is (916) 634-3311. WE WILL NOT HONOR TELEPHONE REQUESTS. All requests shall be on letter size stationary ONLY. Requests must include the solicitation number, complete company name, address, telephone number, business size, and whether bidding as a prime or subcontractor. 9 CONS/LGCC will distribute solicitations to prime contractors only. Requests for solicitation are limited to one IFB per written request. 9 CONS/LGCC will mail the bidders mailing list upon receipt of a written request.
