Interior finish of van body to be fiberglass, plastic or rhino coating and shall have a seamless and jointless finish. Climate control unit shall maintain internal van body temperature 70+/-10 degress fahrenheit when hauling live animals. Responders should submit literature supporting technical capabilities and past business history of the same type of work. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
