Work includes the electrical service upgrade for 128 row housing units from 50 amp to 100 amp services. Typically, there is one service per every two units for a total of 64 services. Row housing consists of three different styles: duplex, fourples and sixplex. Electric meters are not required and all service drops shall be copper cable. Estimated cost of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC code is 1731. Performance time is 150 calendar days after notice to proceed.
