The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to (a) remove six existing rooftop units, (b) provide and install one new air handling unit, (c) provide and install two new condensing units, (d) provide and install new zone ductwork, (e) provide and install three new electric duct heaters, (f) provide and install seven new zone dampers, (g) provide and install new temperature control energy management system to control new and existing HVAC equipment, and (h) miscellaneous associated mechanical, piping, sprinkler and electrical work as further defined in the plans and specifications. The estimated cost range is between $255,000 and $295,000, with a construction completion date of 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. .
