Johnston FAX (808)438-6563 (808) 438-6535 x 198 (Site Code DAHC77) Contractor shall provide and install pour-in-place or field fabricated resilient surfacing (seamless) under playground equipment at the Super Playground, Bennett Youth Center, Schofield Barracks, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Contractor shall prepare area as needed prior to installation of surfacing. Contractor shall be certified by the manufacturer to install and maintain resilient surfacing. Material and workmanship shall have a minimum two-year warranty. Completion time is 30 days after notice to proceed. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC 1794 - Excavation Work. Estimated cost of the proposed construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Issue date is on or about March 4, 1996. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation charge is $7.00 each. Payment by check or money order shall be made payable to DFAS, Honolulu, OPLOC.
