Allen, (513)267-3993 Furnish Architectural/Engineering Services to develop complete plans and specifications to replace water distribution system at the VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio. The project will involve replacement of existing water distribution loop system and integration of existing 2nd source into the medical center system. Also included will be the replacement of boiler plant booster pumps, the addition of booster pumps at a number of buildings, and possible replacement of the water tower. Contracted A/E firm will conduct necessary site investigation, design development, and prepare complete bidding documents, along with cost estimates and necessary phasing requirements. Design completion time: 150 days. Construction Cost Range is 2M to 5M. Work will be in accordance with Federal, State and VA standards and criteria. Area of consideration restricted to a 100 mile radius of this Medical Center. Firms desiring consideration shall submit appropriate data described in Note 24. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 8712. The small business size standard is $2.5 million.
