NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center intends to issue RFQ5-68290/997, on a sole source basis to CID Technologies, Inc., 101 Commerce Blvd., Liverpool, NY 13088, for the acquisition of a Random Access Row Read Charge Injection Device. CID Technologies is the only manufacturer of the Injection Device. They are the only company that can provide design devices, fabricate masks, and process wafers for fabrication. CID Technologies also has a rapid random acess pixel decoding capability that is essential for the flexible, fast subarray framing that is required. All responsible sources may respond by submitting a technical narrative statement of their capability, including detailed technical information and other technical literature, demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements within 15 days of the publication of this notice to the above address.
