Zangwill, (301)443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is solicitating for proposals for Occupational Health Professional and Technical Support Services. The purpose of this contract is to obtain professional and technical support for the Division of Federal Occupational Health's (DFOH) program of clinical, industrial hygiene, and employee assistance services for Federal agencies. The contractor shall Provide the following seven types of professional and technical program support. (1) Occupational Health Consultation to Federal Agencies, in designing, implementing, and adapting approaches and methods for OH services. This consultation and guidance shall be provided at FOH service provision centers. (2) Development of Draft Standards and Guidelines Related to FOH Program Issues. (3) Advanced Occupational Medicine (OM) Consultive Services to Federal employees and Federal managers. Specifically, to provide Medical review of Federal Worker's Compensation to federal managers concerning disability management and return to work programs. Provide injury prevention educational materials and programs. (4) Financial and Administrative Process Development for expert financial and business systems assistance to FOH including the design and development of financial management information systems, and recommendations as to the most cost effective and efficient means of accomplishing FOH administrative and records management tasks. (5) Oversight of Program Operations. (6) Information Management of program support for FOH information storage and retrieval systems to include medical records.
