This synopsis is applicable to Region #3 only (Southern US) - VA, NC, TN, MS, AL, GA, and FL. Potential offerors must be located within a 150 mile radius of Beaufort, NC in order to submit an offer to this solicitation. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. A Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract is contemplated. The base period will be for one (1) year commencing on 01 April 1996 with four (4) year one (1) year option period.
