Perform management and related services for single family properties which are owned by or are in the custody of HUD in the following 18 counties of the Flint Office jurisdiction: Alcona, Alpena, Arenac, Bay, Genesee, Gladwin, Huron, Iosco, Lapeer, Midland, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Presque Isle, Saginaw, Sanilac, Shiawassee, and Tuscola. The primary purpose of this contract is to protect, render and maintain these properties in hazard-free and most marketable condition. The term of the contract is for a base year period of 12 months with two single year option periods to be exercised by the Government. It is estimated that a minimum of 100 properties will be assigned under this contract and a maximum of 1,000 properties may be assigned. The contract contains strict performance standards featuring tight time-frames, and performance is subject to close monitoring. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 6531. The size standard is $1,500,000. The proposed contract listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
