MacDill AFB has a requirement for the rental and maintenance of approximately 87 washers and 122 dryers at MacDill AFB, FL. Contractor will provide new 2-speed washers and new stack gas or electric dryer/conventional commercial dryer. Government will provide utility connections. Contractor will provide the following: (a) Install gas line to connect to main gas line in mechanical room approximately 30 feet away. Install all regulators for gas and connect to machine (b) Install drains for washers, main drain line is within laundry room. Modify so that six washers can be installed. (c) includes all electrical work. Contract will contain a base period and four (4) option years. SIC is 7359; small business size standard is $5.0M average annual receipts over the past 3 years.
