for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to negotiate a sole
source contract with Integrated Systems Incorporated of Stone Mountain,
Georgia for the following work associated with expansion/modification
of its existing Building Automation System (BAS): (1) install sixteen
(16) new box alarm panels; (2) install forty-two (42) AAM/DDC
32-terminal terminal strips; (3) modify the existing box alarm
software; (4) install all necessary wiring, enclosures and system
programming, and color graphics on CDC network stations; (5) provide
training in expanded/modified system; and (6) provide a one year
warranty on all labor and materials. Any source capable of providing
the above requirements is invited to identify that capability to the
Government. Concerns responding to this notice must do so in writing
and provide sufficient material to demonstrate that they are an
authorized/licensed vendor in the use, installation, modification of
American Auto Matrix (AAM) software. Qualifications must be submitted
within 45 days of publication of this notice to be considered.
Information received in response to this notice will normally
considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a
