The Air Force Flight Test Center intends to issue a contract to purchase a turn-key floating dock system and boat house which is to be installed on Lake Isabell, CA.. The floating dock system will be approximately 120' x 32'. The floating dock system may be constructed of refurbished materials. The boat house will be a 20' x 22' wood framed building mounted on the floating dock system. The building will be equipped with a passive venting system and shall have a finished interior. A 7'x10 ' changing room with indoor-outdoor carpeting and lighting will be constructed inside the boat house. The entire system must be designed and assembled to minimize flex and prevent damage to the boat house. The system shall contain a minimum of 3 covered manual winches with 3/8'' cable for anchoring. The manual winches will be used to adjust the relative position of the structure with the rise and fall of water levels. The entire system will be constructed on land and viewed by the government prior to placement on the water to assure that all specified standards are met. Performance period will be 75 calendar days. This acquisition will be conducted under full and open competition. SIC Code 1629. Bids are due 30 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
