The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for the complete construction of a 980 SF parachute drying tower addition as well as alterations to the existing 17,000 SF facility. Alterations to the existing facility will address administrative offices, conference and classroom spaces, storage areas, a command/control center, a parachute packing area and build-up/storage spaces for airdrop pallets.
