The work includes all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for obtaining a site, design and construction of a Postal owned facility with truck docks, customer, employee and postal vehicle carrier parking areas. The construction of the facility will be steel with built up roof and brick exterior. The Developer/Contractor must possess all state and local required licenses for this type of work in the area stated above. Qualification Requirements: Offers will only be considered from firms who meet one of the following requirements: (1) Firms with in-house architecture/engineering and construction resources: (2) Firms intending to subcontract or joint venture architecture/engineering services or construction services. Such firms must demonstrate having successfully worked together on previous project of similar size and nature. A 30% design concept will be provided. The approximate requirements are; building size, 20,000 SF; site size 4.5 Acres and completion is required within 270 days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,900,000.
