Hughes 816-823-1342 The U.S. Dept of Commerce, NOAA, intends to purchase six (6) Test Program Sets (TPS) that will be executable on a General Radio model 2272 Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) and capable of isolating faults to the component level for six (6) unique Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA). A TPS consists of (1) a Test Program (TP), (2) a vacuum fixture and (3) all supporting documentation. Each TP shall control current and voltage stimulus through the inter-connecting vacuum fixture between the ATE and the CCA capable of reading data back to the ATE for diagnosis. Vacuum fixtures shall provide for connections between the tester and a unique CCA through mating connectors, shielded wires and spring loaded test pins used to engage physical nodes on the CCA. Documentation shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a Program Listings, b. Fixture Wiring List, c. Fixture Mechanical Drawings, d. Fixture Parts Lists, e. Fixture Drill Maps, f.
