45 -- ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEMS SOL RFP 562-19-96 POC Contact Point, Sue Bost, (814)868-6223, Contracting Officer, Edward DiMattio, (814)868-6223 The Erie VA Medical Center intends to negotiate with Edwards Engineering to furnish and deliver to Wards 4 and 5 (by means of crane) Patient Room Environmental Control Systems. Delivery of units to wards will take place on two different dates as construction phasing permits. Numbered Note 22 applies however, all offers received within 25 (in lieu of 45) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Solicitation will be issued on or about 3/4/96. Requests and/or inquiries must be in writing to the attention of the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to 814-868-6277.
