Work to be performed within eleven buildings located at Fort Benning, Georgia. Scope of work includes using coil cleaner and water to clean coils ranging from 4'' to 12'' thick, and drain pans. Coils may require removal for thorough cleaning and reinstallation. Magnitude of work consists of approximately 300 air handling units and replacement of approximately 1,450 disposable filters in various sizes. Period of performance is 30 calendar days.
