Center Developmental Planning organization (SMC/XR) invites members of
US industry and government agencies to attend the 2nd annual Space
Industry Review to be held at the Los Angeles AFB housing area
community center located in San Pedro. The National Security Industrial
Association (NSIA) sponsors the Review, with the support of the Air
Force Association (AFA), the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics
Association (AFCEA), the American Institute of Aeronautics &
Astronautics (AIAA), and with the coordination of the USAF Space
Command (AFSPC), SMC, and Phillips Laboratory (PL). The review is
designed to keep the civilian and government technical community
apprised of activities and plans for future space programs and
management. There will be briefings by representatives of AFSPC, SMC,
and PL on the XR Development Planning Process & Products, Technology
Planning Process & Products, Core Competencies and Science & Technology
Investment, an update on the Seven Strategies for Space -- the Way
Ahead, relations with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Dept of
Commerce and NASA IPTs. Additional information and registration
