This is a special notice: NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center will hold a workshop to present plans for a preliminary study for launch in the next decade. The workshop will be held March 22, 1996, at NASA's Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. All aerospace companies are welcome to send representatives; however, because of seating limitations, attendance will be limited to three persons from each company. Interested companies should respond in writing identifying by name the representatives who plan to attend. Responses are due no later than March 12, 1996, to the Contracting Officer.
