This is a firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract with the minimum guarantee being the firm fixed-price portion of the contract. The work includes the furnishing of all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, transportation, and management necessary to inspect, maintain and repair (including repair by replacement) automatic doors and associated equipment and accessories.
