Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and
supervision to demolish walls/partitions, ceiling tile, dry wall
covering around existing square column post in the interior of the
room, light fixtures, floor carpet tile, and linear slot diffusers.
Construct new partitions, contractor will be required to refinish the
columns in the interior of the room with a circular covering of lath
and plaster, install new drop ceiling, fluorescent light fixtures,
relocate fire sprinklers system, install a public address system,
sliding chalk board system, a projection screen. Install four (4) inch
oak chair rail, telephone drops, electrical outlets, vinyl wall
covering on the exterior of the new partitions, create a wainscoat
finish thirty six (36) inch high, install new carpet, paint all walls
(color to be selected by GSA) and shall match the building standard.
Install recessed lighting with a dimmer switch, design manufacture, and
install counter with shelving, balance the HVAC system and install
emergency lights. Insure that all the trash, debris, and construction
materials are removed from the site daily and dispose of the site. The
estimated cost range for this project is between $25,000.00 and
$100,000.00. The performance period is 46 calendar days. This
procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This procurement is
issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration
Program. The solicitation package will be available on or about March
15, 1996. A limited number of solicitation packages will be available
and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Request for the

be available for review on or about March 15, 1996 at the General
