Split face CMU exterior with decorative CMU trim and standing seam metal roof. Construct interior office space, male and female latrine with metal stud partitions finished with drywall, acoustic ceiling, recessed fluorescent lights, and vinyl flooring. Install HVAC system complete with ductwork, diffusers, grilles and accessories. The period of performance is 150 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1542, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17 million. this project is subject to the availability of funds.
