The principal items of work include but are not limited to the packaging, transporting, treatment and disposal of wastes of fuel oils, medical laboratory wastes, oils, mercury based fluorescent light bulbs, mercury spill clean-ups and mercury contaminated debris, aerosols, lead-acid and Nicad batteries, lithium batteries, friable and/or non-friable asbestos, PCB-containing light ballasts, unknown lab pack chemicals, etc. All wastes must be incinerated. Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding waste hauling and disposal. Performance will be base year with 2 (1) year renewal options.
