S -- IDQ CONTRACTS FOR ROOFING AT THE NAVAL COMPLEX, PENSACOLA, FL SOL N65114-96-B-2068. Due 040296. Contact Daphne Dillard, (904) 452-4616. This Solicitation is Unrestricted. Indefinite Quantity Roofing contract for all material, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to perform major and minor roofing repair work, either by patching or complete replacement, including incidental repairs to sheeting or framing, and prepare surfaces and provide new roofing as directed and in accordance with requirements. Typical roofing materials to be installed include single-ply membrane systems, built-up roofing, modified bitumen roofing, slate, and asphalt and fiberglass shingles. The government guarantees a minimum of $200,000 will be ordered the first year of the contract. The solicitation has two one-year options that may be exercised solely at the Government's discretion with the same yearly guaranteed minimum if the option is exercised. However, the government has no obligation to exercise either or both options. There is a $25.00 (non-refundable) fee per set of plans and specifications. Make your company check or money order payable to the Navy Industrial Fund. (Cash and personal checks will not be accepted.) Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and until supply is exhausted. Hours for picking up plans and specifications at the office location (Building 654) are 9:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
