The Contractor shall furnish dental services at the Boxelder Job Corps Conservation Center. This includes all supervision, labor (including any dental assistant or hygienists), transportation of Contractor's personnel and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, necessary to successfully provide dental services. Contract will consist of a base year and optional years may be executed from July 1, of each year until June 30, of the next year, until June 30, 2001. The project is located at the Boxelder Job Corps Conservation Center, 4 miles northwest of Nemo, SD, on Pennington County Road 234. (0078)
