Eglin AFB has a requirement for the Demolition and disposal of various types of facilities on the Eglin reservation. (Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract). Demolition will include buildings of various sizes and various materials, concrete, wood, masonry, and steel: demolition of masonry walls, concrete and asphalt pavement of various thickness, concrete footings and foundations, fencing and various drainage piping. Work will also include asbestos abatement in various facilities, and the disconnection and isolation of facility utility services, salvage of select materials, and restoration of facility site back to a natural setting. Contract will be for a period of one year (365 days) with two one-year options. Bid opening date of 16 May 96 is only an estimated date. Minimum guaranteed amount for the base year is $300,000.00. Each option year minimum guaranteed amount is $25,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. Solicitation packages are available at a $20.00 charge. All requests must be submitted in writing.
