The Units must be NSA certified. The proposed acquisition also includes 40 Push-to-talk handsets K2S2-264 and 20 power supply units for Model 1100-23KS23821-L2. These items are being procured on a brand name or equal basis. Delivery to NASA/GSFC is required in May of 1996.
