The Naval Research Laboratory Naval Center for Space Technology has a requirement for engineering and technical services in support of numerous development projects of tactical communication systems. Systems are spaceborne, airborne, shipboard and ground based, consist of a wide range of hardware/software and vary in stages of development. A statement of work will be included with the solicitation. Offerors must demonstrate experience and an ability to provide qualified personnel. Prior to contract award, a contractor must have a secret facility clearance, secret storage capabilities, and personnel available with DoD granted clearances commensurate to the level of access required to perform. The majority of the tasks will be performed at the contractor's facility however, a portion of the tasks must be performed at the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C. The Government anticipates awarding an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery cost contract with a 60 month life. This action is set aside for small businesses.
