Johnson, 913/682-8700 x617. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a
requirement for an Architect-Engineering firm to provide design and
related professional services for the Site Survey of Grounding and
Surge Protection Systems at Federal Correctional Complex, Florence,
Colorado. Services will consist of a study of requirements, preparation
plans, specifications, cost estimates, bidding services, construction
administration, and inspection. Additional consideration will be given
to firms licensed to practice in the State of Colorado with existing
design production offices within the State of Colorado. Selection of
firms to be interviewed will be based on the following factors:
Experience and performance, 30%; project team and organization, 25%
project team and organization, 25%; knowledge of locality, 10%;
proximity to project, 10%. Firms responding to this notice within 30
calendar days of the date of notice will be considered. Firms desiring
consideration shall submit appropriate SF-254's and SF-255's forms as
