The Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS), China Lake, CA and the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), China Lake, CA intends to procure a Requirements Type Contract for Cellular Telephone Services. The contractor shall provide all support services, materials, travel and equipment necessary to provide Government cellular telephone network access services, Government cellular telephone support services and other services necessary to ensure continuous cellular telephone network access for up to 150 individual Government owned cellular units. Continuous access is further defined to be 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week without exclusions. Period of performance will be for three (3) years. Rates shall be in accordance with the Public Utilities Commission regulations and billing shall come directly from the contractor who receives the contract award.
