Kennedy, (703)767-1176 The DLA administrative support Center (DASC) intends to acquire FIP hardware and systems software maintenance services for the defense commissaryagency. The intent is to enter into a negotiated, full and open competitive 1 year contract with 4 option years. The requirement is for the contractor to provide all hardware maintenance, operating system software support, and communications network hardware and software support for the sequent systems that are installed in the defense commissary agency (deca), Bldg. P11200, fortlee, VA. The contractor shall provide all necessary Personnel, technicalmanuals, diagnostic programs, repair parts, maintenance supplies, tools, testequipment, transportation, and other related supplies to provide on call maintenance service and keep all hardware and system software (Dev) functioning according to the original equipment manufacturer'S (OEM) specification. Maintenance services on the sacons-D, saves, EDI and Dev systems shall be performed as required twenty-four (24) hours per Day, seven (7) days per week, thirty or thirty-one (30/31) calendar days per month except for February which is twenty-eight or twenty-Nine (28/29) calendar days.
