Site 1 - NDI (Non-Destructive Investigation) Facility - Interior Renovation of existing Hangar Bldg. 1084 including interior and exterior demolition of fuel maintenance equipment and installation of a Government furnished x-ray vault. b. Site 2 - Engine Shop - New construction includes pile foundations, steel frame construction, masonry, metal panels and roofing, monorail and hoists, mechanical systems, lighting, power, associated sitework including utilities and concrete and asphalt pavement. c. Site 3 - Building 418 - Renovation of existing engine shop area and construction of new one-story administration facility including demolition, pile foundations, steel frame construction, masonry, metal panels and roofing, interior finishes, doors, hardware, mechanical systems, lighting, power, toilet rooms and associated sitework. d. Site 4 - Hangar 728 - Demolition of existing two-story masonry administration portion of hangar and construction of new two-story administration facility including pile foundations, steel frame construction, masonry, metal panels and roofing, interior finishes, doors, hardware, mechanical systems, lighting and power. e. Site 5 & 6 - Washracks - New apron paving and steel-framed covers with metal roofing and utilities. f. Site 7 - SAR (Search and Rescue) Hangar - New hangar facility includes pile foundations, steel frame, masonry, metal panels and roofing, associated sitework includes utilities, and apron paving. g. Site 8 - OTF (Operational Trainer Facility) - New building, includes pile foundations, masonry loadbearing construction, steel joist roof structure with modified bitumen roofing system, interior finishes, theater seating, doors, hardware, access flooring, mechanical systems, lighting and power, and associated sitework. h. Site 9, 10 & 11 - Parking, Towway and Detention Pond - Sitework which includes new parking area, concrete apron and detention pond. and incidental related work.
