The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA intends to award a delivery order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N68936-95-G-0041 with Hughes Aircraft Company, Radar Systems, El Segundo, CA. The effort is for engineering support services for maintenance and repair of twelve (12) Units Under Test (UUT) during the AN/ALR-67(V)3&4 during the Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) development period. The twelve units consist of eight (8) Quad Receivers, two (2) special receivers, and two (20 CM computers. The maintenance and repair includes all necessary adjustments, alignments, restoration, calibration, spare and replacement parts, and unscheduled services. The government intends to solicit and negotiate sole source with Hughes, as the manufacturer with the proprietary data, and developer with the required technical and engineering expertise.
