Global Broadcast Service White Papers PURPOSE: The MILSATCOM Joint Program Office announces the solicitation of Global Broadcast Service (GBS) White Papers. Deadline for white paper submittal is 26 April 96. These papers will allow Industry to present how they would like to participate in the development, manufacture, and fielding of the GBS system. Contractors may use their own formats to present their ideas relating to the system. All papers should be consistent with the information presented to Industry at the 29 Mar 96 GBS Industry Day. Information concerning GBS and the GBS Industry Day is available on the GBS homepage (www.laafb.af.mil/MC).
