Project features include removal, refurbishment/replacement and/or modification of the existing tainter gate operating machinery components, refurbishment of the existing tainter gate deicing heaters and refurbishment of the existing electrical system and generator building. Miscellaneous incidental related work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications is required. This procurement is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (P.L. 100-656). SIC Code - 1629; Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
