This project includes, but is not limited to, improving HVAC controls at Arnold Hall. The scope of the project is to replace motors, install VFDs, convert HVAC constant volume mixing boxes to VAV boxes, remove asbestos, and replace control valves and DDC controls (Staefa only). Estimated cost range of the proposed acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled for issuance on or about 6 May 96. This is an unrestricted solicitation in accordance with Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. All business concerns are encouraged to submit offers.
