Work includes, but is not limited to, constructing an additional bay on an existing car wash, measuring approximately 16' x 35'. The new bay will be CMU construction with standing seam metal roof, and will include an automatic, brushless car wash system complete with all accessories. The estimated value of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000 dollars. Government furnished materials are not included. The work area is not a controlled or restricted area. The contract performance period shall be 120 calendar days, and the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 25 April 1996.
