Z -- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - REPAIR ROOFS, PUEBLO DEPOT ACTIVITY, CO Sol. DAAC89-96-B-0011. Due 052996. Contact Benjamin A. Veri, Contracting Officer, 801/833-2327. Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to repair/replace roofs. The work is to include the following: Remove all existing roofing material in areas to be repaired/replaced (approx. 195 squares); Replace base sheet, (approx. 195 squares); Apply mopped layer of asphalt (approx. 195 squares); Install and replace 3 ply build-up roofing with gravel, (approx. 195 squares); Remove and replace any rotten decking as needed; and Install new roofing system and gravel stop as needed. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' (Public Law 100-656).
