Responses are sought from sources interested in providing commercial off-the-shelf frames which could replace the standard issue S-9 frame with more aesthetically pleasing eyewear yet still meet the American National Standards Institute's Z-87.1 standards for ophthalmic eyewear. A solicitation shall be issued to which responses are sought for planning purposes only. An award will not be made as a result of this solicitation.
