Tims Tel: 410-965-9488 The Social Security Administration (SSA) plans to issue a modification to contract 600-91-0036 with AT&T Global Information Solutions, 2 Choke Cherry Road, Rockvile, Maryland 20850, to extend the term of the contract for an additional six (6) months to provide maintenance and other related services for five (5) Government-owned Datagraphics Laser Printers, Model-9825. The machines are ten years old, they are no longer being manufactured and parts are difficult to obtain. SSA is in the process of awarding a contract to replace the printers. However, the anticipated award date is not until during June or July, therefore, THE GOVERNMENT PLANS TO MODIFY THE EXISTING CONTRACT UNTIL THE NEW CONTRACT IS IN PLACE. AT&T Global Information Solutions is the only known source capable of providing this service and parts. Other authorized contractors possessing the technical experience and can obtain equipment parts necessary to maintain the Datagraphic printers are invited to submit complete technical and pricing information to the contract specialist within 5 days of this announcement. Any such qualified service representative will be considered when a request for quotation is issued. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A FORTHCOMING SOLICITATION.
