Shoe at (404) 842-6636 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention contemplates awarding a contract to conduct surveillance of occupational exposures and infections among hospital-based health care workers using Government software. This system consists of the following surveillance modules: Health Care Workers (HCW) Baseline Assessment; Routine Tuberculin Skin Testing; Exposures to Blood/Body Fluids and Bloodborne Pathogens;Exposures to and Infections With Vaccine-Preventable Diseases; Exposures to Infectious Tuberculosis Patients/HCWs; Annual HCW Survey; and Annual Hospital Survey.
