B -- STREAM SURVEY SOL SOL R6-12-96-602 DUE 052996 POC Contact, Administrative Services, 503/750-7118 This project consists of conducting a Level II stream survey on approximately 58.6 miles of streams and preparing a stream survey report. The survey includes collecting physical data and fish distribution information. Streams to be surveyed are located on the Siuslaw National Forest; Hebo, Mapleton, and Alsea Ranger Districts; Tillamook, Lincoln, Yamhill and Lane Counties, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished) and incidentals to complete the work. Contract time is 190 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated start work date is June 24, 1996. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. (0100)
