Vessels must be minimum 50 feet, be U.S. Coast Guard inspected and documented, have a minimum sustained cruising speed of 11-14 knots, and each must carry two 13' minimum Zodiac-Type inflatable skiffs with minimum 15HP outboard engines with full backup.
