The work includes furnishing all materials, labor and equipment for removal of existing ductwork systems, insulation systems, chilled water supply and return piping systems, chilled water coil inside existing air-handling unit, control systems, electrical systems, removal/salvage/re-installation of existing suspended acoustic tile system, and associated components and accessories; provision of new roof mounted gas/electric air-conditioning units, alteration of existing air-handling unit, ductwork systems, control systems, electrical systems, insulation systems, metal work, roofing work, painting, and all related and associated components and accessories, and incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in Section 01400 of the Contract Specifications. Firm fixed price contract. Performance time 180 calendar days.
