Description: Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and items necessary to perform Electrical Component Replacement; Remove and Replace Ceiling Insulation; Replace Hot Water Heat System; Replace Plumbing Piping and Fixtures; Remove Hot Water Piping and Fixtures; Remove Hot Water Piping Asbestos; Replace and Install Fire Detection System; Construct Toilet in Sleeping Room; Construct Toilet in Security Room; Install Air Conditioning; Replace and Install Interior Finishes; Construct Multi-purpose Room Addition; Security Office Expansion; Construct Building Addition for Two Sleeping Rooms; Modify Kitchen Cabinets, Counters, Sink and Walls; Install Reverse Osmosis System for Drinking Water; Install Government-Furnished Freezer; Temporary Living Quarters; and Temporary Security Office to Upgrade Six MAFS, all located within a 100-mile radius of Malmstrom AFB MT.
