Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment required to repair HVAC system in building #595 at Nellis AFB, NV. Work includes installing a 4-pipe equipment system which includes two hot water boilers, two cooling towers, six variable volume (VAV) air handlers, five office bays, two VAV air handlers serving single story support office, associated controls and re-use of an existing 140 ton chiller with multiple compressors. Work also includes replacing existing drop ceiling and light fixtures. The estimated dollar value is between $250,000 and $500,000 with a performance period of 150 calendar days.
